Refund policy
At The Fitness Universe, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
RETURN PERIOD
We accept returns within 30 days of the order delivery date.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must include proof of purchase or order number.
- Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
- Send an email to contact@thefitnessuniverse.com with the subject: "Return – Order #[number]"
- Indicate the reason for the return and attach photos of the product if it is damaged.
- Our team will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with shipping instructions.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for voluntary returns (change of mind) are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
