Terms of Service
Considering that the company sells products online; considering the Customer's interest in acquiring the products offered through its sales channels; this agreement aims to establish the general terms and conditions for the use of the website and the purchase of products by the Customer.
I – Confidentiality
The store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. Website security is monitored daily and is protected against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
II – Customer Service (SAC)
Customer Service is available to assist customers with questions, requests, or complaints related to orders or any content available on the website. Support can be accessed by phone, WhatsApp, or email through the website.
III – Delivery Policy
The delivery time for products is informed during the purchase process and is calculated in business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases, deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays.
III.I – It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the product meets their expectations at the time of delivery and to contact Customer Service if necessary.
III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the provided address, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each attempt. It is essential that an authorized person over 18 years of age is present at the delivery address, with valid identification, to receive and sign for the package. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to the store's Distribution Center.
III.III – Once the order is completed, it is not possible to change the payment method, delivery address, or request delivery prioritization.
III.IV – The estimated delivery time takes into account product availability, region, invoice processing, and preparation time. The system will automatically send updates via email or SMS regarding the delivery status.
III.V – Shipping is free nationwide.
III.VI – The carrier is not authorized to:
- Enter the residence
- Install or perform maintenance on products
- Open product packaging
- Deliver to an address different from the one provided
- Deliver to minors or persons without proper identification
III.VII – The store is not responsible for delays or retention of products by tax authorities due to pending issues related to the Customer. In such cases, the Customer is responsible for resolving the matter with the competent authorities.
IV – Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product under the following conditions:
- The withdrawal request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and invoice documentation
IV.I – Returns must be requested through Customer Service.
IV.II – Once the product is received and inspected at the Distribution Center, and the conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.
IV.III – For credit card purchases, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will be processed in the next billing cycle or subsequent ones, according to the issuer's policies. The refund period and installment adjustments are the responsibility of the card provider.
